16. Brainwashed

As promised Misha was back the next day, with breakfast and some more juicy story for Briar and Kitsune to choke on.

“Good morning! How are you this morning?” she asked a sleepy Briar.

Yawning as she stretched her arms. “I’m still not a morning person, Misha. Give me coffee, or give me death!” Briar smiled and reached for the oversized mug.

“I’ve never really been one, either. I’m nocturnal.” She smiled and sat down at the little table A had provided for their visits.

“Is there any chance I could get some books down here? Anything music or violin related?” Bri asked.

“Why? Do you play?” Misha looked at her over the rim of her cup.

“I do, since I was a kid.” Bri bowed to Misha..

“Maybe I can get A to allow Troy and I to locate a violin and some sheet music.” She said brightly.

“That would be amazing! Thank you. I miss the mundane routine of my life, school, music, and volleyball.” Bri said cheerfully.

“Ill bet you miss it. You said you know Alyssa, right?” Briar nodded her head
