Massacre

Maria waited until everyone was asleep before sneaking into the packhouse through the kitchen door. She had a plastic bag with her and filled it with food before sneaking out then running towards the northern border.

She knew that border was guarded by the weak warriors and most of them were lazy and liked to sleep. This was made so because the northern border was far from other packs and was close to a thick forest and a mountain not to far from it.

Also, there were no roads passing there and that meant that there was a slight chance for the pack to be attacked from that side and one of the reasons why Maria asked for the future gamma to go check on the border before Eric’s party.

She knew the kind of warriors that were placed there and wanted to make sure that they were on their A game. They might not prevent an attack, but they could report it on time for back up to be sent their way.
