Luke took a minute to compose himself, he was driven by the anger and hatred he had for Isaac and was most disappointed at his son since he had failed to do the needful.

They had underestimated Isaac which made them relax, but now, they needed to act fast if they wanted to keep the Alpha title in their family. Although he had said he wouldn't forfeit the Alpha title to Isaac even if he now had a mate, he knew that it was not possible.

The pack's rule was still greater than Luke and if the members of the pack insisted that Isaac become the next Alpha, Luke would have no choice but to back out unless he was ready to kill the pack members.
