Chapter Ten

Lucy alighted in front of a restaurant and looked around for Mia. It was De Shallot eatery, a place they often used to have lunch four years ago

The place looked a bit different to her, because for all these past four years she has never stepped a foot there

Mia said she would be waiting for her in front of the restaurant, but she was nowhere to be found. Lucy took her phone to dialed her number again. But just as it started ringing, someone hugged her from behind

Turning to face the person Lucy saw it was Mia and quickly jumped into her embrace. They hugged each other tightly for a while without saying anything. They had missed each other so much, and it felt like they weren’t still getting enough of each other even after hugging for over five minutes

"I really miss you a lot Lucy. I miss you so much!" Mia exclaimed happily after pulling out of Lucy's embrace
