It was a bit of a drive to the building that was meant for big gatherings, it held several smaller private rooms, and a bigger one that they told me was meant for formal balls, but it was where they did pack initiations for anyone who wanted to witness them.
My stomach was flipping the closer we got, I tried to ignore it until now. I wanted to be excited, but I didn’t want to disappoint anyone either. I also didn’t ask many questions which I was kicking myself for now. I wanted to be able to go with the flow and not freak myself out beforehand, but that method was clearly backfiring.
I took a deep breath, staring at the double doors standing in front of me, as Xander squeezed my hand before he stepped in front of me. The boys formed a line as they became rigid and bulked, blocking anyone from being able to see me as we stepped out, and my breath h
I wiped my tears as I turned around to see the boys.'There's something wrong with his wolf, it's matted and scarred up all over,' I paused, 'the blonde with a baby on her hip, the brunette with the bright green dress, ' I watched them find the women among the crowd and look back at me, 'if we let him live... he will rape them.'They never questioned me, Wyatt simply walked over and took Orion's place. I was expecting one of them to ask how I knew that, to pry into how I could possibly pick out his future victims, but they didn’t even hesitate in their complete trust of me.'You should watch Brianna,'
ALARIC’S POVI stood there and watched our pack pass by her, giving their final nod of submission as they left, wondering how she could possibly know what she did. She seemed oblivious to how out of the ordinary that was, but she was happily greeting pack members, so who was I to ruin this moment for her.Xander moved over for Wyatt and I already knew where this was going. She had her attention drawn up to him as he looked back down at her and people who were passing began to practically turn into themselves with adoration for how they were looking at each other.Since the start of this, I haven’t found myself jealous of my brothers, and I don’t think even in this moment I was, but I wanted the pack to see her look at all of us like that, not just Wyatt, and not after he’d been ho
ALARIC'S POV CON’T"They deserve a minute too," I looked at Wyatt as he shook my arm off of him and stood there brooding for a few minutes."We should ask mom," he started and looked at me. I knew what he was talking about so I just nodded as she was coming back out, redressed in casual clothes."Hmm," I smirked at her, "more clothes?" She just smiled back at me."Artemis is the equivalent of drunk happy," she paused and rubbed her hand where we had cut it, but there was no mark left as it already healed, "she really loves them all already," she looked up at me, "maybe tomorrow we can try and open the door? That seems overwhelming though.""They won't all mind link you Dear, they wouldn't dare, only in emergencies or to
"You know you can't go anywhere alone Precious," Xander turned my cheek to meet his lips."Well, you can answer to Savannah then," I smirked knowing that she would never let that go, or let that fly."We don't answer to anyone," Alaric piped in from across the table, "it's not safe.""If you're in town, and I'm just at that diner with Savannah? It's public and it would just be me and her, and maybe Lilly, although I doubt she'd stay after Savannah gets on the subject she likely wants," I smirked at him."We'll consider it," Xander whispered as he ran his nose along the length of mine, pressing his forehead on mine before kissing the ball of my cheek and standing me up because Wyatt was done with making food.Wyatt sat me back
I opened my eyes to Alaric’s very intense stare, “Tell me.” Such a vague demand and yet I knew exactly what he wanted to know. Alaric always wanted to know what I was thinking, exactly how I thought it, and at first, it had felt weird to be spilling all of my intimate details to him, but whenever we were done, it was like a load had been lifted from my mental burden. He would say the littlest things that caused a self-assured reaction, irrevocably making me mentally stronger and more capable. “Wyatt…” I closed my eyes for a brief moment but snapped them back open when another surge of his sparks rippled through me, “he shouldn’t have had to kill that man today.” “Werewolves are not like humans Brianna,” Alaric’s voice was strong and steady, but not intimidating, “his wolf was past the point of help, likely a rogue for a long time, and I am confident tha
I wasn’t shocked that Alaric was this upset, I don’t know why I kept letting things slip, and when I didn’t respond he got even angrier.“You shouldn’t trust anyone but us Brianna, that other Luna could have all sorts of plans that aren’t in your best interest, we’re your mates!”Alaric was practically yelling in my face as he held my jaw.“Calm the fuck down before you hurt her Alaric,” Xander shoved Alaric back from me and into the wall where he held him until he closed his eyes and untensed. I tried to shake the pure lust that formed watching Xander in action, he was always so gentle, but not now, his body was bulked up and the way his muscles rippled showed how equally matched with Alaric he was.“I trust all of you more than anyone,&rd
“A gentle yes,” I whispered back to him and he took his time entering, I knew Alaric would be controlled enough to be gentle. It was a painful pleasure that didn’t take me long to reach a climax, and with a few rougher thrusts, Alaric wasn’t far behind. I could tell they were all on edge, I was only able to handle one of them at a time, and not for very long or the way we all wanted, but it did feel better this morning, other than the regular pain level from their size.Wyatt led me out of the shower, he was tense and couldn’t carry me like he normally would or we both knew it would end with him bending me over.“Are you sure we can’t go back to bed?” I smirked at him as I pulled a shirt down in the closet, he had slipped on a pair of jeans and the sight of him like that had me drooling. I turned around to h
"This is why we should have done this the first day," Alaric was annoyed, but not really at me, "sit," he pointed at the bed and I listened as I tried to shut out his scent. He stayed across the room from me so I wouldn’t get distracted, "Close your eyes and picture the door you shut everyone inside of, turn the handle slowly and open the doors as you picture an empty room and the doors disappearing. You are the Luna, anyone you want in this room, will come, and anyone you don't, will stay out. Open your eyes." I was listening and following his every direction, the sound of his voice leading me to an empty space before I opened my eyes."Now you can link anyone," Alaric's voice sounded confident, "don't overthink it, Dear," he smirked at me, "and keep your eyes open or everyone will know every time you are linking someone.""Yes Dearest," I tried to sound
