CHAPTER FIFTY-NINE

"Ugh," Jamima growled attempting to open her eyes, and when they were open what she saw was the least she expected. Her arms were on the chain above her head. Her body ached all over when she moved it. Her wrist was hurt, she was barefoot, and her hair covered her face. 

"Anyone here?" Jamima asked, but got no answer, she was afraid of the darkness that surrounded her, the great walls around her, the darkness that occupied the whole place, the echo of her voice, everything frightened her, she swallowed hard and felt how dried her throat was and said a bit loud, "Please, someone give me water ... please."

She had difficulty in breathing, it was the first time she had been in a place like this, and most of all she was alone.

"Please, please, give me some water ... I can't breathe," Jamima said again, but this time tears formed in her eyes.
