Chapter 29 - The Darkness
Zelena.
I was trapped and unable to move.
“Gunner” I huffed, partly from surprise, partly from annoyance at his roughness.
“What is going on?” he growled down at me,
“What do you mean?” I squeaked,
“You expect me to believe that an Alpha as strong and powerful as Tobias would just give it all up?”
“He explained that to you. What don’t you understand?”
“Are you fucking him?” Gunner hissed viciously. His chest vibrated against me and it immediately sent a rage burning through my body. How dare he. Drawing in the energy of the night, I used my powers to push him back and away from me. He tumbled over one of the chairs but quickly jumped back to his feet.
“How dare you!” I yelled. He stepped towards me and I lifted my hand, closing my fist tightly. I pictured my fingers wrapped around him, holding him in place as if he were a doll in my hand.
