CHAPTER TWELVE

“The Luna calls you.” A servant had told Tasyra.

“T-the Luna?” Tasyra stuttered, “But why?” She continued as tears welled up in her eyes.

“You should be used to trouble by now” the servant scoffed at her.

Tasyra broke down crying. She knew a summon by the Luna was no good. She had been hiding her pregnancy from everyone including Fagel, and she somehow was sure the Luna would detect it. After minutes of sobbing, she braced up as she headed to the Luna’s place. She anticipated the worst.

As Tasyra approached the Luna's manor, her palms grew sweaty. She was nervous and unsure of what to expect.

“What have I done now?” she queried herself. She took a deep breath and knocked on the door. It opened, and she was ushered in by a servant. She looked at the place she once served in before she was banished to labour on the farm. She noticed changes as the place was decorated with more luxurious furniture and expensive paintings.
