A failed Plan

SUMMER

I was all smiles as I got ready for the dinner date I had with my stepbrothers. Well, I know they don't see it as a date, but to me, it was one. I wore the only thigh-split gown I had. The black material clung to my body as if they made it solely for me, accentuating my curves.

It was an off-shoulder strapless gown, which was created to tempt men. I combed my hair, curling the tips. It took me close to an hour to complete my looks. I went for as little makeup as I could, trying to be natural yet alluring.

I wore my silver six-inch heels and grabbed my silver bag. With one last glance at the mirror, I strode out of my room. I didn't bother with any perfumes because I knew how much they hated it. As Werewolves, their noses are super sensitive.

They were downstairs waiting for me. Like they had been doing since I returned, I saw them huddled together, discussing in low tones.
