A relentless stalker

Helen continued coming to the house each day. It got to the point that I almost wanted to tell my mates about it, but kept to myself. I needed to be the one to sort things out, to get rid of the pest, so I could have a moment of peace with myself.

I had been diligently working on my project, helping my companions with theirs, and also acting as their secretary. It was taking a toll on me, and I intended to take a week's holiday.

I craved to give myself the baby treatment, go over to the human world and stay for the week without my mates because they were part of what was stressing me.

Yawning, I completed the last email, sending it to the companies they asked me to do so before I rose to have a break. I confided the idea of my fashion line to my mates, and they were supportive of it. They wanted to sponsor everything, but I refused.

I still had enough money in my account and one in my trust fund. Even after his death, my father was still looking after me.
