Chapter Ninety Seven

It was three days after Jason got sick and during that period I made sure I was with him at all times, making sure he had whatever he needed. And at the same time I had to get Jasmine ready for her preschool—at times get Ryan to take her there—or I did and let Ryan stay here. I also have online classes I attended, but overall it has been wonderful.

I was in the kitchen preparing breakfast for Jasmine and Jason when I heard the bedroom door open and little Jason came out. He was looking healthier than the last time when I saw him and brought him home. His color was no longer pale and that made me happy. He held the Superman toy I got for him as he made his way to the kitchen.

“Good morning Jace, how was your night?” I asked with a smile on my face.

“Good morning aunt. My night was fine,” he replied and stopped when he got to the kitchen island.

Of course, I knew what he wanted me to do since this has been our routine for the past three days now.

the plot stuck with this new boy which I don't know if Jace is relevant to Gwen and Jas. We should go forward to Henry's regret whatever the secret happened that night when he was drugged. I don't see any regret from him and it's frustrating cause this story is dragging now.
