LILIANA POV

My husband finally slept peacefully beside me. I felt damn worried a while ago, seeing him that way. Maybe he can't handle the stress anymore. He was a brave and strong man but everything has its limitations. I know how much he loves me and it made him scared thinking he could lose me.

I slowly traced my fingers on his handsome face. He never gets tired of loving me. After all the nightmares that we get through, his love for me never changed. I can't imagine life without him.

The next morning I woke up very early. I went to the rooftop, I decided to wait for the sunrise. I want to cleanse my mind. I want to focus and start my day right. Xavier needs me, we need to work together to save our lives. I tried to breathe and feel the fresh morning breeze. I need to do meditation. It took me a few minutes before the sun finally rise.
