ALPHA GRAY
I enjoyed a moment of quiet inside the hall, I could hear the sounds made from insects outside, and the gentle clink made by the glasses and plates as the servants prepared the table carefully.
And then I thought I heard a noise, I stood up, and walked towards the door and then I saw it, near the other end of the hallway, I heard a commotion. Instinctively, I walked closer, only to witness a scene that ignited the embers of my wolf's fury.
Raven had Lyra pinned to the wall, her hand poised to strike. Anger surged within me as I intervened, stepping between them to shield Lyra from the impending blow.
"What the hell is going on here?" I demanded, my eyes locked onto Raven's.
Raven shot me a venomous glare. "Stay out of this, Gray. She needs to learn her place."
