It took every vein in my body not to break down as I told Aldrich to stay away from me. I couldn't fathom how I was feeling at that moment, but I knew I was feeling immense pain in my chest.

“We are just going to keep denying what we feel for each other since our parents are involved. It's not so fair.” He said in almost a Whisper, but I heard him.

“Fine, have it your way Chelsea Engels. Your wishes shall be my command.” He said before walking away.
