Lexi’s pov

Nolan wrapped his arm around my neck and asked me why I looked pissed off.

“Nothing, I just want to be treated like everyone else. I feel like an oddity and it's unnerving,” I growled in annoyance.

He didn't get it and smiled at me before kissing my cheek.

“We should follow the others since they know exactly the location I asked them about,” he said cheerfully.
