Chapter 19: Sneaking Out
The sun was setting. Pastel pink and a bit of light blue and purple became the sky’s color. I watched in pure adoration as I had my head laid on top of Zoe’s lap. I’m with the girls as soon as my classes were over. We were in the garden, just letting time pass by as we did our own thing.
