Emile was discharged from hospital 2 days later. Abbey was waiting patiently for Emile to get back before hounding her to make up for lost time. The ladies spent the next day indulging in beauty salons while Christopher busied himself with all the work that had piled up.
The next day, they gathered on Emile’s balcony for breakfast. They had stayed here for close to a month and wanted to plan what and where to go next.
“I need to finish 2 more assignments before stretching my legs.” Abbey opened the conversation once everyone settled in with their breakfast.
