Pretence

Tina gazed at the woman standing with her hands on her chest. She had coughed thoroughly and had hardly been able to catch her breath when she asked a rhetorical question. 

    She stared at her from her head to her toes, scrutinising and sending a warning with her stare. She doesn't like it when people who are not strong pretends to be strong.

   The same lady who was fidgeting and shivering from fear, but now, she pretends before her to be courageous with a fearless heart.

   Dare she put up a fake courage before her? She is mistaken because she is capable of reading her mind from the actions she put up.
