Chapter Eighteen•

Kylie was admiring her work when Becca came up to her.

"Ma'am,the security said this was dropped for you." she said handing over the car keys to her.

Kylie took the keys from her and recalled the night her car broke down. Leo had taken the keys and hadn't given her that night.

"Who brought it in?" she asked.

"He didn't say. He only said someone brought the car in ,said it was fixed already and the keys should be handed to you specifically." Becca explained.

Leo,she said to herself.

"Thank you."she said to Becca and she left.

Few minutes later,Becca returned holding her phone.

"Ma'am,your phone has been ringing in the office." she said.

Kylie got hold of the phone and a message popped up.

'Pick up smarty pants.' She frowned at the message seeing it was from Leo.

'And what does Mr grumpy wanna say to me?' she texted.

'Lots of things that will probably annoy you.' he texted back.
