Meeting

Silas Rhys Enzo's Point of View

I didn't bother to dress well because Dad said that I can wear anything I want. Honestly, I was nervous to get to know Dad’s wife and his family. Even though I knew that they would accept me, I still couldn't control my worry. Dad texted me that he and his wife would pick me up here at my condo so I immediately waited outside.

Eventually, a car stopped near my condo. I saw the door open and Dad came out of it. Then he approached me and we smiled at each other. He hugged me so I hugged him back too.

"How are you, son?" He asked as he parted in a hug.

"I'm fine, Dad," I replied with a smile. Dad then guided me to his car and a familiar woman came out of it. She then greeted us with a smile. I then realized that it was Evie. Impossible, it is not possible. When our eyes met, she averted her gaze. What now?

Is she my Dad's wife? Evie is his wife? What a coincidence? When we got close to her, I couldn't help but observe what she was wearing. M
