Keeping friends apart
Antoine went to his home late. He was quite drunk. He was actually with John Riley planning stuff for future. Now with Jerika gone, they had no hurdle in front of them to do the things as pleases to them. Antoine did feel bad for Jerika at first but ambitions and desires did not let the emotions of past friendship and companionship to rule over and so all the bad feelings vanished within a good day. It was better for Jerika too, Antoine thought. She needs to get away from her obsession of Zion and its secrets. It was better for Jerika and best thing for Antoine. He no longer needs to confront her and quite frankly, he was not very much up to see her every day with her questioning attitude and rude remarks. Antoine busted inside John Riley’s office. He made quite an entrance by slamming the door both open and shut and the way he stood in the office was totally out of decorum. Jerika reached hospital only to find Daulat waiting for her outside. Jerika parked her car and took big steps towards Daulat who was leaning to an ambulance and doing something in his phone. Jerika buys some stuff from supermarket in her way to hospital. She buys some things for herself and some for Brian. He could use something different from what he was given by the hospital.
