22 - Decisions

Rayne's POV

"Hold on baby, Mummy is coming okay" I called out to Leo while I pulled away from Nathan and started adjusting my dress. The situation was comical and I tried to keep a straight face but once I glanced at him, we both burst out laughing,

"It's not actually funny" he said between small laughs and I nodded, still laughing.

He was right. We had been in the middle of an intense make out session and when things had started getting very heated, Leo's little voice had suddenly interrupted and put an abrupt end to it. It was frustrating to say the least but there was nothing we could do. Maybe we really needed that honeymoon after all.

I opened the door and found a smiling Leo who was obviously oblivious to what he had just interrupted,

"Mummy!" He ran into me, hugging me beneath the knees and I rubbed his head

"And how's my baby doing this morning?"

"I'm fine mummy" he looked towards the bed and then ran to Nathan when he realized that he was also awake.
