Another Surprise

Everyone at Moon Warriors sent Ciara and Scott off with joy.

Dendra brought Ciara lots of food and wine, and Scott warned her to only drink the wine when she was with him. Dendra, who heard this, narrowed her eyes and said, “I think I know why you forbade her to drink alcohol.”

Rai embraced Dendra gently, then looked at his wife’s face. “She really is your descendant, yes? Even her behavior when drunk is the same as yours.”

“If I’m not drunk, maybe we couldn’t have Ciara,” said Dendra.

And they both burst out laughing, but Ciara could only lower her head in embarrassment with a red face.

Scott’s car had been repaired as if it had never broken in the first place. He looked amazed and asked Cail how he could repair the driver’s door of the car that was badly damaged yesterday.
