My eyes glistened with tears as I uttered, "I don't know how to repay you both. I don't deserve your kindness."

"Arielle, you deserve our kindness more than anyone else. You are a great person, and we can't bear to see you get killed," said Bradley with a solemn face.

"Ari, just stay alive, and that's enough for me," Rowan said and gripped my hand tightly.

"Rowan, we should go back now. They will get suspicious if we are gone too long." Bradley said in a hurry and stood up.

"Hold on, may I ask where we are now?" I asked.

"We are near the west gate. We chose this place since no one would suspect you are hiding here. Don't go out unless it's needed. Please stay safe, Arielle." Rowan said and hugged me.
