Chapter 8
“Sunshine!” A voice yelled out from the driver’s side of a black S.U.V. that spat up.
My eyes squinted as if the sun bothered my sight. “Logan?” I asked myself wondering why in the hell is he driving like a mad man especially in a hospital parking lot this early in the morning. I turned to face my co-worker Mark who had no real expression on his face - he just quietly watched the giant S.U.V. stop in front of us as Logan and Henry jumped out in a hurry. “Woah, where’s the fire guys?” I asked jokingly.
“Come on quick, Gary wants you back to the house” Henry said as he Grabbed Emma’s hand Rushing her behind me.
“Oh, okay” I whispered following behind Henry till we reached the S.U.V

Morning light Peaked through the cracks of the dark curtains lighting its beams that cut through the darkness - Jax never left Seth out of his sight no matter how much he raged out on him. It was sometime later: when me and Seth emerged to the kitchen together and were fully clothed thanks to Gary, Logan was eating next to Beth, a smile slipped from his lips as he greeted us politely. “Morning You two love birds” “Morning” Seth said followed by Jax. “You two newlyweds need to keep the Squawking of your mating calls down next time” I placed a hand on top of Beth’s pretty head “you kept us up all night, poor thing couldn’t sleep a wink” I said as I watched Seth sit next to her on the barstool. “Sorry about that babe, didn’t mean to keep you up, I hope the vampire didn’t scare you too much” I said. I snapped my head to the side “Hey how is it my fault?!” I wanted to say “you initiated the challenge” but didn’t see the need to scare Beth anymore then what she had to listen to already.
