Alizeh's POV-
While doing the work, a sudden knock on my desk grabbed my attention. I looked up and saw Alexander standing in front of me.
"Hi, have you ever felt hungry? Because I am," he murmured, smiling at me.
"I just," I looked at my watch and gasped checking the time.
It's already past lunch break, still, some time was left to end the break. I looked around. Most of the people were gone.
"Oh shit. I lost track of time" I face-palmed myself.
"I was waiting for you but never mind" He came over, swirled a chair from someone else's cubicle, and placed it beside my chair
I sighed thinking about Mrs O'Neil.I guess I am thinking too much. Anyways it's on next week.Focus on this week first. You have to complete work on time.I roamed my eyes casually and saw Alexader. We caught each other's eyes and he smiled instantly.Next week is still far. But the weekend will be in 5 days._"What you have to think about him? Do you want to go out with him?" Anna asked.
After getting thumbs up from Kia, to meet her father, I called Alexander on phone.'Hello,' He sounded groggy.'Hi, were you sleeping? Sorry to disturb you' I said.He took a moment before replying,' Alizeh, hey, is everything alright?''Yeah, I was just thinking about our conversation before and I feel we should meet'I heard him rumbling through something.'Are you there?''Yes yes, we should. Alizeh, you made me so happy. Thank you for giving me another chance' He blurted.'When and where?' I asked holding my nervous horses.'I will text you'OkayI cut the call.Soon after a while, I received his text and a hurricane possessed over me. I didn't expect he would ask me out tonight.I was hurriedly picking up the pile of clothes waking Kiara. "We are going somewhere, get up."
On a date with Alexander, bring me unexpected reactions to him. The way he is looking at Kiara, I saw a glint of tears flashing in his eyes. "Umm Alex, I hope I'm not upsetting you, and if I am then I am so..." "No, not at all. Why you are sorry? I'm absolutely happy. I like the way you both are with each other. I feel like I have been missing being part of this." I could see how overwhelmed he looked. "Between you are looking astonishing." With his compliment, I felt my cheeks warming up. I glanced at Kiara who looked busy understanding the menu. "Thank you," I grazed my hair strands behind my ears. The dinner went well.
Now there are two people on the earth who are extremely happy getting what we want.I snuggled with Panda teddy in my hand while Kiara couldn't get over her Winnie The Pooh. The rest of the evening we enjoyed the Carnival Night Show.Kiara looked amused. I enjoyed it thoroughly too. My usual weekends haven been gone pretty much-doing nothing. Sitting at home, either sleeping or overthinking about my life with Kiara. But now, I love how the Saturday went sparkling yet loving when it spends with Alexander and I was looking forward to the next weekend as well._
I let out a dreamy breath looking around after coming out of the airport. Stepping in Malaysia, the metropolitan town Kuala Lumper, the most famous business hub in Southeast Asia, awestrucked me. The more my eyes wander everywhere, I could get a sight of its ethnicity, it's culture, the business among people, yet the free-spirited hint in the air. I felt bewildered witnessing at the culture here. "Alizeh!" I flinched a little hearing of my boss's voice. I glanced at Mr. O'Neil. "This way," He gestured at his car. I realized standing alone and staring at the city view. I ran to match his steps while looking around in a hope to catch Alexander there. I glanced behind and found Alexander stand
Waterpark - I never felt this excited before especially to go out with Alexander again. Like last time in the carnival, this time also it's gonna be fun. Because he isn't just an acquaintance or ex-boyfriend for me, but now I can say we were looking more of each other. I wore a casual purple tee and ripped jeans. I packed some essentials in my backpack. My mobile, sanitizer, towel in case. And what should I take? Not taking many heavy things. I checked my luggage and shuffled some clothes to see what I have packed. My eyes caught the pair of bikini. Anna will never fail to amuse me. Even though I
Alizeh's POV I found Layla sitting alone on the bench and crying. I went near her. As if she felt my presence near her, she immediately wiped her tears and looked up at me. "Hi" I greeted with a little bit of hesitancy. I was clueless on how to comfort sad people. But when she smiled at me, I felt a little relieved. "You are here! What a pleasant surprise!" I exclaimed hoping she would forget why she was sad. Her teary eyes sparkled and her warm smile made me feel calm. "We meet the right people at the right time, isn't it true?" I nodded. Her words held some depth. The restless feeling in my mind was gone. I sat next to her. For the rarest moments of my life, I felt there wasn't any need for words to be with someone. We sat together in the silence, under the hazy moonli
The Night What is happening to me? When Mr. O'Neil asked me to join the party, I said to him no. But when Alexander asked me. I couldn't say No. I was thinking while applying some light makeup on my face. I wore a peach-colored gown with flowers printed on it. Sofia gifted me this dress on my last year's birthday. The specialty of this dress is, it's damn comfortable. After sprinkling some of Calvin Klein's perfume, I breathed deeply looking at myself in the mirror. I have straightened my hair, letting it float behind. I noticed it has grown long, reaching till my waist. Ready to meet Alexander. I picked my mobile and checked if there is any network, but to my dismay, the network bars has still
