Ketura just stands there, looking bored. As though she would give anything to be out of the house.

“Hermione, why are you so mean on the poor Man. Don't you see how much he loves and care about you?" Grandmother says, suddenly looking all sincere and sad.

Principal Eldor nods quickly in affirmation of what grandmother had just said.

“But why me, grandmother? Why not Ketura?” I ask, my heart aching.
