"I'm leaving in a few hours for a trip, I still don't know when I'll be back, but you know how to behave" my dad said breaking the silence, while we were having breakfast.

"It's ok" I said rejoicing internally, but without showing it to him, he was finally giving me good news.

"Maybe it will take longer than usual, things are not going well with the company" he explained, perhaps expecting me to give him some kind of comfort or opinion about it, but I have never been interested in his business and he never shares that kind of information with me, so his comment today caught me off guard.
