CHAPTER 101 TAMIKA's POV

I had been quiet ever since the kiss from last night, as he had taken me unawares more than anything. There were a lot of things that made me feel like I was in an actual relationship, and I wasn’t sure I wanted that.

I didn't know what else I wanted besides getting my career back. Even as I stared at myself in the mirror at that point, I wasn't sure what was going to come next after the massive return of Tamika Fisher.

That uncertainty gave me an awful lot of concern as I didn't know what I could do after that had happened. I was trying to take things one step at a time, but it just wasn't working out for me at that point.

“You ready?” Dolph brought me back to the moment. I had almost forgotten he had been standing behind me all that while.

“I don't think we can ever be completely ready for anything,” I said, sounding like I was in another one of my podcasts as my big day was the next. “But then, I must admit, you've got quite a fashion sense.”
