Aloha sat on the small bed inside the tiny room she had been taken to, staring at the walls and thinking of a way to escape.

She only had two days left before Ragnar would kill her if she failed to heal the small child. The room was barely big enough for her to stretch her legs, and the only source of light came from a small window on the door.

She wondered how she had gotten herself into this mess. She had no idea that she was a witch, but Ragnar and his people believed she was.

As she pondered her situation, the door creaked open, and a she-wolf entered the room. Aloha jumped to her feet, startled by the sudden intrusion. The she-wolf was the one who had been bringing her food since she was taken captive.

Aloha looked at the she-wolf with a mixture of fear and hope. She had an idea. She would beg the she-wolf to help her run away.
