“What happened, Liam?” I stood up to my feet, my heart starting to race in my chest, wondering what had happened.

I sighed as I leaned into him, his tall frame and bulky arms swallowing me whole. It felt like home, in the arms of my mate. I almost forgot where I was, and what had brought me here. Liam’s scent was addicting. He smelt like happiness and love to me, and it made me feel so good.
