"Now that that's done, you have to move in here fully and be mine." Alpha Dimitri's words kept on ringing in my head, as I continued staring into his eyes. I really expected that and I knew that he was going to say that, I just didn't expect it to be immediately.

"Are you okay?" He asked me, his hands trailing down my back. I snapped out of my thoughts and tried backing away from him, but it seemed like he trapped me with his hands.

I looked up to see him staring sheepishly at me. I tried curving my trembling lips into a smile, but I kept on looking stupid. That, I was sure of.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." I lied, looking away from him. My eyes scanned everywhere and I was a bit relieved to see that we were alone in the hall. Every other person already left.

How did I not notice that? I asked myself, as I tried focusing on Dimitri, on what he was saying to me. "I haven't gotten an answer." He narrowed his eyes at me, and pulled me even closer when we were already too close.
