I woke up with a start and looked around my suran unexpected sigh of relief when I realized that I was in my cell.

I looked over to the door of the cell and the bars didn't moke me this time.

I was glad to see the bars. Because it meant that they kept the outside away.

I might be the captive here but in the cell, I was safe from anyone outside of the bars.

What happened in the woods slowly came to me and my pulse sped up at the memory of Raphael tearing the three rouges as if they were nothing more than stuffed toys.

Then, I remembered the pain, one that was caused by Mika.

I still find it hard to believe that Mika would cheat on me with another woman.

It's only been a month since we found out that we are mates and only a few days since I was kidnapped by the enemy pack. Yet, he still did this to me.

My heart ached at the memory of him.

If I ever get a chance to see him again, will I be able to forgive him?

I probably would forgive him.
