"Koncleia?! Why would you declare koncleia?!" Leo Madison screamed in shock at the Alpha's decree. Alpha Landon smirked smugly at the ruckus he had caused.

"The koncleia had not being declared for years... Who are you to declare it now?" Leo Madison asked angrily.

"I am the Alpha!!" Landon screamed like a maniac. "I have every right to declare the Koncleia and I've just done so." Landon established angrily with a rueful look at his father in law.

The koncleia was a state of emergency that could only be declared by the Alpha. The koncleia could only be declared in the case of war, external and civil and also when the quest for leadership threatens to throw the pack into chaos.

Landon had gotten the revelation to declare koncleia from his trusted aid, Jasper. In the case of a Koncleia, all power and ability to make decisions in anything and everything fell back to the Alpha and the Alpha alone.
