Chapter 50: Morphine-Laced Tears

  Once Sandra and the driver had lifted Dillon down off the ambulance on the stretcher, Tony hopped off and followed them into the hospital with their things. It was a pretty quick affair to get him set up and into a room. Thankfully, the ER didn't look busy in the least. All the better for him, he'd be able to get his tests done quicker and potentially leave sooner. That is, if they didn't decide to keep him for the night. Sandra had mentioned he was concussed, and it was dependent on the results of a head CT scan to find out if it was bad enough that he needed observation.
