Amanda's POV
I was starting to be really into the kiss as I went even closer to Jerry, closing the distance between us. He was a good kisser, I'd admit and it was long since I actually kissed someone. Maybe three years?
I thought of Vince for some reason. Quit it, you're kissing Jerry now. My brain scolded me, but I ignored it. Maybe it would be difficult if Vince and I pursued any kind of relationship beyond a student-tutor one.
Suddenly, as I was still collecting my thoughts, the door burst open. This was the worst-case scenario ever. We sprung apart in a flash, looking at anywhere but each other. What bad timing. I always had bad timings with kisses, but now being caught in the middle of a kiss, was horrible.
