Destinee POV.

Sitting in the Alpha spot wasn’t part of the plan, but when I saw that bitch Crystal, I had to put him in his place. He hurt me and Aura.

“Babe, I can feel Titus is different. He treats his pack differently. I know I said I make his life hell, but I want my mate and you do, too.” Aura says in my head. I process her words.

She is right. He treats his members differently, but I can’t move past all the pain I felt when he betrayed me. I looked up to see Crystal glaring at me. Her jaw is hard, and she is looking at me like she wants to kill me. I scoff at her. She is no match for me.

I sweep my gaze over all the pack members and they all seem happy.

“Everything ok Destinee?” I turn my attention back to my plate and glance to the side at my mate.

“Yes.” I say, not wanting a conversation with him. I am too used to doing this my way. I miss my family, my pack. I want to go home.
