Chapter 17

As Henry sat and stared out of the window, the sea called to him. It was a strange feeling, almost like a magnet drawing him back to it. He knew he had to find Sharon and make sure she was okay. She had risked her life to save him, and he couldn't just forget about her.

He had already tried every means possible to trace her location but so far, nothing had worked. It seemed like he had hit a dead end. Henry decided to take a break and go for a walk around the neighborhood. He hoped this would clear his head and give him some new ideas on how to locate Sharon.

After a while of wandering around, he found himself by the beach. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was soothing to him. It reminded him of his enigmatic savior. As he sat down on the sand, he felt a presence beside him, and when he looked up, he saw a lady in her late sixties staring at him.

"Hello, young man. How are you doing today?" the lady asked with a smile.
