"What do you want again, Ophelia?" I Pivoted towards my maid, standing at the door, fidgeting with her fingers. Wasn't she old enough to do that?

"Ummm, I want to know when you will bring the new maid as you promised?"

She blinked at me , with hope in her eyes. Did I ever promised her that?

A smile curved on my lips. "Hopefully tomorrow. Just get back to work."

She slightly bowed her head and went back inside. I strode to the car.

Salvador was not driving me to work today.

My father had sent for him. He said he had some work he wanted him to do, since Salvatore was the only person he could trust.
