Louie's POV : The Thirty million

The sunrise has caught up with me, but among the many girls I've met, I still can't choose even one of them.

I was even more stressed when I found out that a client of mine still hasn't paid the loan until now. He had spent almost all of his gambling debts after not winning anything. He always loses and when he has nothing to gamble with, he comes here to borrow money.

“Boss, what are you planning to do with him? Do you want us to put him away?” Baste said to me as I sat in my chair with my eyes closed.

“Bring him to me first.” After I said that, they immediately left, but less than thirty minutes later they came back with bad news.

“Boss, Zoren ran away from us!” He said that surprised me and I suddenly stood up.

“What? You useless people, how did he escape from you? There are so many of you that no one even managed to catch up with him?” I shouted while they all bowed their heads and their mouths were closed.

I just walked around there for a few minutes, thinking about how I was going to catch that person.

“Get all our children ready. We will go to his house now.” I ordered, and Baste immediately followed me to gather all my men.

I immediately changed my clothes and put on black sunglasses. When I went out the door, I was greeted by more than twenty of my men with massive bodies and good fighting skills. I'm confident that with just a flick of their finger, they can knock out the enemy and I will use that strength of theirs to teach him a lesson.

It was less than an hour before we reached where Zoren was currently staying. We have been outside their house for almost a while now and have been knocking on the door, but no one answered from inside.

We even asked his neighbors, but when they see us, they immediately hide or run away from us.

I can't understand what they are afraid of. Is it on my staff's face or their muscular bodies?

“Boss, Zoren seems to have gotten used to the fact that we are going to visit him here now.” Baste said while I was inside the car waiting for Zoren to come out.

“How sure are you that he's not there? Have you tried to peek inside? What if he's just hiding there?” I asked, and he scratched the back of his head at the same time he signaled to his other colleagues to break down the door and let them go inside.

They didn't have any trouble breaking down the door, and they immediately got inside. They rummaged through every item inside and looked for him in every corner. But they all went out the door with a disappointed in their faces. Even if they don't tell me what they want to convey, I feel that the person we are looking for is not there.

“Boss,” Baste called to me as he hurriedly approached me.

I just glanced in another direction and my eyes caught a beautiful woman walking towards it. So, I got out of the car and took off my sunglasses.

“Who is she?” I asked Baste when he got close to me. He looked at the girl I was talking about and happened to stop when she saw us.

“If I'm not mistaken, he's Zoren's sister, boss.” He replied, and I turned my gaze to him while pulling his collar.

“Why didn't you tell me right away that he had a sister?” I whispered, but he just scratched the back of his head, and I let him go.

I stepped closer to that girl, and she was obviously surprised by what she was seeing now. Furthermore, I stopped in front of her and looked at her from head to toe.

She's the girl I'm looking for. The woman who can give me an heir.

“W-who are you? And what are you doing here in front of our house?” She stammered and there was a trace of fear on her face.

“I'm Louie Quizon. You, what's your name?” I asked, and my staff were surprised when I introduced to her, even the woman in front of me was also curious.

She didn't answer me right away, instead she pushed me and went inside their house.

“Boss, are you okay?” Baste asked me, but one of my eyebrows rose, and clenched my fist because of embarrassment.

“This one looks weird.” I said and was about to go inside, but I met the woman again, and she was looking at me with a frown.

“Are you the ones who destroyed our things and door?” She asked me weakly but firmly.

I didn't respond immediately to her because I was stunned to her sharp eyes, so I just left the house and went back to my place.

“Boss what's wrong?” Baste asked me. I turned to him and stomped on his knee.

“Who told you to break down their door?” I said that surprised them.

“Huh? But you said—” he was cut off when I covered his mouth and whispered in his ear. “Just try to speak, I'll cut your tongue.” I said, so he shook his head twice, and I let him go.

The woman came out earlier and with an angry face as she looked around her whole surroundings.

“What do you need from us? Why are you doing this in our house?” She asked, so I came to her and crossed arms to look like a bad person in her eyes.

“Is Zoren your brother?” I asked and she nodded her head. “So, I want you to know that he owes me a lot of money. We tried to talk to him rationally, but he just ran away from my men.” I added that she was even more surprised.

“Wait, what did you say? My brother owed you money? How much did he owe you?” She said while she was grabbing money from her wallet, that made me grin and my staff laughed.

She stopped for a moment and looked up at me. I took another step closer to her and lowered my face to her left ear. “Thirty million.” I whispered, which obviously startled her, and she suddenly dropped her wallet.

After I saw the reaction on her face, I moved away from her and placed my two hands behind my back and observed the appearance of their house.

“Even if I sell your land and house, it still won't match the amount Zoren owes me, right? Even if you add some of your equipment together, it still won't be enough for him to pay me.” I said, and she suddenly came to me.

“Impossible! I know Zoren and he would never think of borrowing money from a gangster like you. Besides, thirty million?” She said as she watched me and my staff. I smiled at the courage she showed to us and brought my face closer to her.

“Miss, do we look like a joke to you?” I said, but she was still looking at me boldly, so I raised one of my hands and signaled to Baste to destroy their things inside.

She frowned and followed my staff as they threw their equipment outside the house and destroyed it little by little.

“What are you doing? Stop what you're doing right now! I said, stop.” She begged, but even if she cried and knelt in front of them, I was the only one who could stop them.

“Mister or whoever you are. I'm begging you to stop them.” She said while holding the hem of my shirt. So, I raised my right hand, and they all stopped what they were doing.

“Now, do you understand what I mean?” I said and she nodded her head. “Then tell me where Zoren is? Or how you can pay me?” I said, but she just bowed and couldn't answer me, so I smirked and change glances to Baste.

“I have no other choice but to sell this house.” After I said that, I turned around and was about to take a step when I was suddenly stopped by the woman in my left arm. I smiled before turning to her.

“Not our house. I'm begging you. Give me a few more days, so I can find a way to pay you.” She spoke weakly, and then she let go of me.

“It seems you don't understand my policy, miss? I'm not a bank that just lends a helping hand to anyone. We often kill people who don't know how to keep their word. But even if I kill you and your brother, It won't also enough to pay off what you owe me. You seem to know that money is not just picked up from anywhere, right?” I said, but she kept her head down and her hands shaking in fear.

“But there is another way for you to pay me.” I added, and she quickly looked up at me.

“Another way? I'll do anything just to pay you.” She said.

“Be my wife.” I responded, which surprised and silenced her.

“Why? I thought you would do everything I say? Is what I ask you to do is too difficult?” I added, but she frowned and clenched her two fists.

“It doesn't matter, even if I have to sell my organs, I'll do it instead of being your wife. So just wait a week, and I'll give you the money he borrowed from you.” After saying this harshly, she turned her back on us and went inside their house.

I almost ran out of words to say to her, so I just smiled and shook my head. I went with Baste and we left that place.

“Boss, are you sure we can just let her go? What if she runs away like her older brother?” Baste said while he was driving the car.

“Don't worry, I can assure you that she is not like her cowardly brother.” I replied with a smile on my lips.

I believe that she will not run away from the words she gave me earlier. Furthermore, I can feel how important that house is to her, so she will definitely not run away from me and I also feel that we will see each other more often.
