Chapter 13

Richie stepped out of his red convertible all clawed in his black suit and black shades. He adjusted his shades at the bridge of his nose before he walked into his company. His billion-dollar company, BVD INCORPORATION he’d built with his own sweat and blood.

Well, technically he’d inherited it from his grandfather but it was still the same thing. As he took slow strides towards the elevator that would lead to the floor of his office, he flashed a smile at each worker passing by that greeted him.

Normally being the owner of this company, Richie didn’t need to come to work everyday as he was rest assured that just breathing from his house, his company would be making money but for him to have been called to work only meant one thing. That there was trouble.

Richie exhaled deeply as he rushed up to the elevator just minutes before it’d closed. He smiled back at the pair of wondering eyes that looked at him as he got on the elevator.
