Chapter 15
I was supposed to go about my business afterwards and forget all about the man.
But how could I forget Kai Rivera? The man was everywhere. He was in my hometown for the last couple of days on business, so he was all over the local news as well. Reporters were writing about his company all the time and putting his picture in the thumbnail.
There was no escaping him.
I found myself switching off the news, avoiding online news sites just to make sure I could shake the memories and not let them fester into something that could never be. It was supposed to be a passionate night that would open my eyes to the world of sex and chemistry. Nothing more.
