"I don't know…he sounded like he was in distress!" An anxious Travis who was eating off his fingernails while he swung back and forth on the rocking chair, hissed with uncertainty under his breath.

His eyes were sadly, yet carefully looking at the blue screen of his phone that had published David's contact details in bold letters. He was nervously whispering inaudible words while breathing heavily with eagerness that had stuffed itself in the chambers of his lungs.

At this point, his heart had skipped multiple beats whilst he was squabbling with his heart, trying to reach a preferred conclusion, whether or not he should call David. His merciless brain could not help but once again, play all the unwelcoming, poisonous feelings that had punctured in the depths of his soul, last night when he had called David.
