Chapter Twenty Six: Closure

Elize pulled the car over while the stoplight was red.  As she held the wheel, her mind ran with the memory of both men, she did not know what, who had helped her earlier.

** 'Who are you?'

'I am a guardian angel,' **

Elize chuckled.  "Impossible, Angel? A Guardian Angel?"

** 'Are you gonna kill yourself?'

'Guardian, look after your human. You know there are plenty of troubled souls today, she will be added to our list. '

'You're aware of our rules, Reaper.  We cannot meddle with human destiny. '

'If you take your own life, think first of what will happen to your soul.  It is we who suffer from reprimands such as you.  Do you want your soul to suffer for hundreds of years? '

'She doesn't know what you're doing.  That's what Boss G wants to happen. '  **
