“Mi hija,” the old woman wept, tears streaming down her face. “Mi hija, mi hija!” She wept even more, and when her tears and cries became too much, she suddenly turned to face Damian.
“Asesino! (murderer),” she screamed at him, her voice hoarse with anger. “Asesino! Asesino!...” She screamed even more, causing Damian to panic.
“No, no, no,” Damian tried to explain, though he didn't understand what she was saying, but he knew it couldn't be something good. His voice was trembling with fear.
He watched in horror as she brought out a small knife from her cloth with her eyes reflecting her great anger.
“Please put that away. I didn't do anything to her. This is a big mistake... My God...” he explained, backing away gradually, his voice shaking with terror. But then he was shocked as the old woman used the knife on herself. She slit open her right wrist, and blood flowed from it down to the sandy floor.
“Vida, Sangre, Luna. Vida, Sangre, Luna. Vida, Sangre, Luna...” the old woman started chanting, her voice trembling with emotion.
Damian didn't know what she was saying at first, but then he remembered what one of the native girls had told him and his friends.
Life, blood, and moon. he recalled.
She was praying to their gods, the moon god. Then it struck him- she was sacrificing herself to the gods!
She continued with her chants, but then she started adding some strange words to it that Damian couldn't understand.
“Vida, Sangre, Luna. Te maldigo por la eternidad. Caminar por la tierra. Solo en la cara de la luna. Sin saber nada más que sangre.”
As soon as she said the last word, she slit her own throat with the knife, and she fell on top of the corpse of her daughter... dead.
“Noooooo!” Damian screamed in shock, his voice cracking with emotion.
And immediately after she took her life, the whole place became very windy, and a rain cloud started forming up in the sky, bringing loud, violent thunder and lightning with it. The heavy wind blew open the whole tent... Then suddenly, Eric Damian started to feel immense pain in his head like a strong migraine, and a sharp pain in his heart. Like he was being stabbed in his chest.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!" He screamed out in pain, holding onto his head and chest.
The pain was so sharp and painful that he soon lost consciousness, falling to the ground like an uprooted tree...
Some distance away, the festival was still taking place, despite the change of weather. Damian's two friends were having too much fun with the local girls to notice that their friend Damian had gone missing...
After a long time, Eric finally regained consciousness. Picking himself up slowly from the ground, he wondered what had just happened to him. The pain had gone; he no longer felt any pain in his head or heart... in fact, he didn't feel any pain whatsoever. He felt great... reborn!
He discovered his senses were suddenly 100 times better than before. He could now see clearly in the dark, his nose was picking up the scent and smell of things miles away, and his skin had become smooth and pale, almost pure white. The color of his eyes was clear blue like crystal but they kept changing, sometimes to reddish-brown and yellowish-black, as the case may be.
He turned around to look at the two dead bodies - the old woman's body laying on top of the girl's body. Damian felt great sorrow and pity. Mother and daughter, dead on the same day, and he couldn't help but feel responsible for that. He made an attempt to lift the dead woman off the girl's body, using the amount of force he thought would be necessary, but he found the woman weightless - way too light, like her body was made out of feathers. Had she suddenly become weightless, or had he become way too strong? He contemplated but just then, like a great headache, he felt a strong and uncontrollable urge to feed. But his hunger was not for normal food, no! It was for something different - he had a great hunger for human blood and flesh.
Instinctively, his nose picked up the scent of human blood from the crowd of people having a festive time some distance away, and by this time, Damian had lost control of himself. He had only one thought in his head: blood, blood, and more blood!
At lightning speed, Eric emerged from the forest into the open plain where the festival was taking place. He was welcomed by one of the local girls who seemed to like him. She came flirting with him in hopes they would have some fun together, but she wasn't expecting what happened next.
As she wrapped her arms around his neck, biting her lower lip seductively, Damian had his eyes, which were now glowing reddish-brown, fixed on the veins of her neck. It was like they were calling his name.
"Feed on me!"
"Have a bite!"He could feel his four canine teeth extending from inside his mouth until they became long, sharp fangs. As he opened his mouth, he felt a sudden sharp pain as his four canine teeth grew and extended, transforming into long, sharp fangs.
"Ahhhhhhhh!" The woman screamed in agony as Damian sank his fangs deep into her neck, draining the life out of her body. His eyes, once reddish-brown, turned a dark shade of red.
He dropped her lifeless body to the ground and moved onto his next victim - a man who was attempting to impress a group of women by lifting heavy objects. Damian effortlessly grabbed the man by the back of his head and flung him into the sky. As the man fell back down to the ground, barely alive, Damian approached him, growling. With a quick bite and a suck, Damian drained the man's life force.
"Ahhhhhhhhh!" The women screamed and fled as Damian chased after them, one by one, until they were all drained of life.
As Damian continued his killing spree, chaos and panic erupted throughout the festival location and the town.
"Monster!"
"Devil!"
"Death!"
The people yelled as they ran for their lives.
Damian's thirst for blood was insatiable, and he continued to kill indiscriminately, leaving a trail of dead bodies in his wake.
Christopher and Briana, Damian's two friends, were on the run, unaware that the monster killing people was actually their friend. They only realized the truth when they saw him sucking the blood of his latest victim, completely covered in bloodstains, with eyes that looked like that of a killer - yellowish-black.
“Oh my God, Eric! What happened to you?” Christopher exclaimed in disbelief and shock.
“That's not Eric.... That's the devil,” Briana said, terrified.
Damian lifted his head and faced them. He stood up and left his victim behind, ready to make Christopher and Briana his next targets.
“E..Eric stop, Eric stop, Ericcccc!” Christopher stuttered as he charged towards them in a manner that looked life-threatening. But then, BANG!....BANG!...
Someone shot at Damian multiple times, straight in the chest, causing him to groan in pain. However, he didn't die. In fact, the bullets came out of his body, and his wounds healed quickly. Damian turned to face the person who had shot at him with a deadly stare. It was one of the tourists, an American. Eric Damian advanced towards him, and the man opened fire again, shooting several times, but it didn't harm Damian.
“Ahhhhhhhhhhh!" The man screamed out as Damian grabbed hold of him and bit his neck, draining him completely before severing his head from his body.
Christopher and Briana used the distraction that the man provided as an opportunity to run for their lives....

The carnage was so great that something unexpected happened. The moon above turned red.
“The great sacrifice!” The Elder Chief exclaimed in awe.
“He's going to kill us all,” one of the elders said, panicking.
“I think I know how to stop him, but I need volunteers,” The Elder Chief said confidently.
Christopher and Briana wanted to help their friend, so they eagerly volunteered themselves.
“We want to help!" Both of them said enthusiastically, signifying their willingness.
“Step forward, foreigners,” the Elder Chief announced, and they did as told. Then, he began chanting and instructed others around to do the same, which they all did.
“Vida Sangre Luna, Vida Sangre Luna, Vida Sangre Luna. Sálvanos Luna Dios, toma estas almas e intercambiarlos con un pecho matar esta sangre Succión monstruo,” the Elder Chief recited passionately, and everyone echoed along.
Then, all of a sudden, Christopher and Briana started screaming in pain. They began to transform, changing into some kind of beast...

Eric Damian was still on a killing spree. No one was safe, not even the little kids. He killed them all. Damian had just finished drinking the blood of a child and her mother when he picked up a foul scent. Coming out from the hut, he saw two strange fearsome creatures he had never seen before. They were large, the size of a bear, but looked more like a wolf. They had long, sharp claws and teeth.
“Roarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!" They roared loudly, beating their chest in the process, trying to intimidate Damian. However, Damian wasn't intimidated by these unusual beasts.
“Roarrrrrrrrr!" Roaring back, he ran towards them....

Clara, a beautiful teenage girl, was on her way to her new school, Great Hill High School. She wasn't really excited about it because she had lots of friends in her former school, and she was going to miss them a lot. She had a sad expression on her face as she looked out of the car window while her mom drove her....
“Clara,” her mom, Dr Ellen, called out with concern etched on her face. Clara turned away from the window towards her mom, with a sad expression on her face. “What's wrong, darling? You haven't said much throughout the journey. Aren't you excited about your new school?" her mom asked, trying to engage her. Clara shook her head. "I am not. I miss my former school. I miss Mislan High School, mom," she complained, with her arms folded tightly across her chest. Her mom let out a sigh. “I know, darling, but you know why we had to leave New York City... ” She gave a long explanation, which Clara didn't want to hear. Of course, she had already heard it a thousand times. “So we can start a new life together,” they both chorused, and Clara rolled her eyes slightly, feeling frustrated. “I know why we had to leave, but I still miss all my friends - Tracy, Emmy, Nico, James and a whole bunch of others whose names I can't remember right now," Clara said, still sounding sad and nostalgic. “I
"Who is that?" Clara asked, practically drooling with admiration in her voice. "That's Adam Bright. He's super cute, Great Hill's best basketball player and quarterback on the football team..." Anna described Adam's awesomeness in a tone filled with excitement, while Clara just kept staring dreamily at him. He was more handsome than she thought; beautiful was a more appropriate word, with his lovely long hair, blue eyes, perfect nose, and killer lips. She was simply caught up in her daydream. "Hey Clara, Clara...Clara," Anna kept calling out, but Clara was lost in her thoughts. Anna had to shake her out of it roughly to get her attention. "What is it?" Clara asked, still dazed from her daydream. "What were you thinking about?" Anna asked, looking at Clara intently with a hint of suspicion in her voice. "...nothing," she lied, trying to hide her feelings. However, Anna seemed to sense that something was off and gave Clara a suspicious stare. "Why are you staring at me like that?"
Damian charged against the two beast-like creatures, and when they collided, their impact was so great that the earth trembled and quaked. Damian threw one of the beasts away, but the other clawed him hard and deep on the face. Its long, sharp claws ripped Damian's face off, and the force from its strike sent him flying in the air, landing hard on the ground. The two beasts then had him surrounded, roaring and grinding their teeth as they drew closer. Damian gradually got up on his feet, and his damaged face started healing up very quickly. One of the beasts charged at him, wanting to bite his head off, but Damian was very fast to duck. He then grabbed hold of the creature by the leg and spun it around in a 360-degree rotation. He threw it hard towards the other beast charging at him with much strength, and the collision of both beasts sent them tumbling down a hill. Damian was really vexed and charged up at this point, so he went after them as they tumbled with his claws and fangs o
Mathias was quick in bringing out his wallet and he took all the money out of it and was about handing it over to the boy before Clara stopped him.“ you would do no such thing! ” she said holding his hand and putting it down.“ it's OK really, ” Mathias said obviously fearing what they would do to him or Clara.“ No it's not OK, how can you give them all your money! And you guys should be ashamed of yourself bullying an innocent boy, ” Clara said boldly, not intimidated by them at all.“ Do you know who you are messing with? ” The boy asked.“ I don't give a damn who you are, you can be the president's son for all I care but that doesn't mean I will sit and watch you mistreat my friend, ”Clara said and she could see a smile formed on Mathias face when she called him her friend.“ Careful there little girl, no one talks to Steven like that and goes away unscathed, ” One of the huge boys warned.Steven made a wicked smile “ don't worry boys she will find out the hard way....Let's go,
Clara was completely surrounded and had nowhere to escape. She was very far away from the school building, so nobody could possibly help her, even if she screamed for help. Clara was really scared as she realized she was at their mercy, but she wasn't going to let them see her fear, so she kept up a bold and courageous act. “I don't have time for your silly games," Clara stated firmly, staring directly into Steven's eyes. "If you think I will be cowering in fear because of you, then I am sorry to tell you that you have made a big mistake, and you just proved to me that I am right about you alone. I am right when I said you were nothing but a coward!” Steven was quiet for a while, and Clara decided to talk more. “And trust me, you are going to pay for what you did to that innocent boy. That's not a threat; it's a fact," she said confidently, hoping to intimidate him. Then she finished speaking and turned around, facing forward, resuming her trek, hoping she had talked her way out of t
It got to a point where the beast stopped walking. A male shirt, jeans, and sneakers were scattered on the floor where it stopped. then something remarkable occurred when the wolf-like creature started transforming into the shape of a man until he was completely transformed into a fully fleshly man—a teenage boy, really. He picked up the clothes and wore them, and a smile touched his lips before he sped off. Clara got home feeling really tired. She was scared and completely exhausted. Walking up to her room, she threw her bag at one corner of the bed and collapsed on it, still wearing her shoes. Immediately she fell asleep and went straight to the dream world. [ Clara's dream ] She kept seeing flashes of the wolf creature, its eyes, teeth, and long, sharp claws, its massive head and body. In her dream, the wolf was chasing her through the woods, and she tripped and fell to the ground on the root of a large tree. The creature ran to meet her, it jumped on her body with its mouth full
Clara just finished narrating to her friend Anna what had happened to her the day before, and how a wolf-like creature had saved her from the hands of Steven and his minions. She also made it clear that she was planning on reporting Steven to the school authorities and even goin further than that, reporting him to the government authorities. "I know you are really angry, and you want to make them pay for what they did to you, or rather what they wanted to do to you, but don't you think that's too harsh?" Anna said, clearly not supporting Clara's decision. "Harsh? You call standing up for oneself harsh!" Clara replied, almost shouting, which made the whole class, including the teacher, glance at their direction. "Keep your voice down, will you?" Anna whispered, her tone filled with concern. "Is everything alright, Clara?" Miss Jane, the biology teacher asked, her attention on Clara and Anna. "Everything is alright, sorry Ma, I just got a little bit excited, that's all," Clara said
Mathias stopped and turned to look at the principal. “Anytime you feel like talking, you know where to find me," Mr. Phillips said, then increased the volume of the TV set. Mathias left his office. Caleb helped Clara search for the creature she described in the books, but all they saw fitting that description were mythical creatures. “Werewolves? Are you sure about what you saw? Because everyone knows werewolves do not exist... Maybe because you were really scared that's why you imagined the creature to be that big. Maybe it's just a normal-sized wolf you saw," Caleb said, not wanting to believe in the existence of a werewolf. He is more of a science-minded person. “I know what I saw... I am not saying it's a werewolf or anything, but the creature was really big and large. That was no regular wolf," Clara said, trying to emphasize her point. “Okay. Maybe it's a bear then? Bears are known to grow really big," Caleb said, trying to find a logical explanation. “I think I am old enou
