Chapter 18

I've been standing outside of Chance's office just looking at it. I can't decide whether I should go in or not. I knocked when I got no reply I got in.

'Um Chance?'

'What'

'I was wondering if maybe erm Icouldpleasecallmybestfriend.'I say it all in one breath.

' No'argh what is it with this guy and No's.

'But Chance it will be just a second I promise.'

He got up from his chair and made his way to me and all I could do was take steps backwards.
