Chapter fifteen

The lilac curtains moved from side to side as soft cool breeze came in through the slightly opened window,the sun was rising up in the sky and it shone through Amber's window brightening up the room. Her soft naked body lay sprawled on the bed and entangled with the sheets.

Her soft breathing could be heard in the quiet room,the rising and falling of her chest was visible due to the lack of sheets covering that area. It was eight in the morning and little noises could be heard downstairs as some of the maid's and the guards chatted and laughed.

"I know!" One of them said in a louder voice than the others and it stirred Amber up from her sleep, groaning. She turned on the bed to her side as the sheets followed her movements,now her upper body, especially her back, was completely bare under the indirect rays of the sun.
