“You are brilliant, you know that?” Eric said fondly and I smirked with a big frown.

‘Finally, there is someone to appreciate my talent.’ I thought wryly even as I laughed.

“Yes, I am smart and I am sure we can do this.” I confirmed with a hopeful glint in my blue ocean-less eyes.
