CHAPTER SIX.
(Southern Svetyland) Master vampire house. . .
Elizabeth was scared. She wasn't familiar with her environment and everyone around her looked really weird, especially the one that had grabbed her by her arms before leaving.
"Leave us, Damien," The Master Vampire — Elbert said to his nephew. "I'd like to talk to her."
Damien moved away from Elizabeth front, turned to her and gave her a look of assurance before leaving the living room. Which left Elbert and Elizabeth all alone.
Elbert sat back on his seat. His eyes couldn't leave Elizabeth and he studied all her movement through his sunshades. How she kept on hugging herself and how she so much resembled his past lover.
"Uh, who are you and what am I doing here?" Her voice was really calm and gentle, it also cracked a little. And the Master knew she was scared.
"Don't be scared," The Master stood up and moved towards her. "I found you unconscious so I brought you here."
With her brows creased in confusion Elizabeth took steps back in fear. She really didn't like how eerie the Master looked as he moved towards her. His sunshades and hoodie — his appearance made him look strange, also giving out killer vibes.
"Don't come near me, please," she managed to croak out as her back hit the wall. "Please just stay where you are."
Elbert noticed the tension in her voice, it was obvious she was scared and uncomfortable so he stopped and stood six foot away from her.
"I won't hurt you, I promise."
Elbert said, and began to move towards her again. Elizabeth kept moving back until her back met the wall. There was nowhere she could go or turn to, and what made her petrified the most was the fact that Elbert kept moving towards her until they were a foot apart, breathing in each other's space.
"You remind me of someone," Elizabeth jerked her face up on hearing the master speak. "Your face. . . It's-- oh, my."
Elizabeth couldn't stop looking at Elbert's face, although she couldn't see his face entirely because his eyes were covered with sunshades, and his hair was covered with a beanie and a hoodie. He exuded a mysterious aura.
Tears began to cloud Elizabeth's eyes because she couldn't believe how things had turned out for her. Starting with a party which her best friend, Freya – who was nowhere to be found – dragged her to, then to Gabriel who assaulted her and possibly raped her, taking her virginity along. Then waking up to meet mysterious faces and then the person at her front.
"Your face. . ." Elbert placed his hand on Elizabeth's cheeks, caressing it softly while Elizabeth said nothing as she shut her eyes with her heart threatening to fall out from fear and tension. "It's just like hers."
Elizabeth said nothing.
"Your hair. . ." Elbert removed his hand from her cheeks and placed it on her long wavy black hair. "It's just like hers also, and– and the texture, it's the same."
Removing his hands from her hair, Elbert took it to her eyes which were closed tightly while Elizabeth's heart continued to beat loudly against its cage.
"Open your eyes, please," He pleaded with her, but Elizabeth didn't concur with him as she shut her eyes more tightly. "I won't pluck them out, just open them."
Still, Elizabeth didn't open it.
Elbert smiled. He couldn't blame her for being scared of him, he was used to people being scared of him but he knew deeply that he didn't want her to be scared because she did remind him a lot about someone he loved throughout his entire life.
"I promise," Elbert's voice still remained calm as he spoke softly to Elizabeth. "I am one of the good guys and nothing would happen to you. So please just open your eyes."
Elizabeth's racing heart calmed down soon, for some reason she found the Master's voice really soothing to her ear, and she gradually opened her eyes.
"Your eyes. . ." Elbert — the master, was quick to take note of that. "It's just like hers. Warm honey eyes which feel like I can see the world through them, beautiful and innocent."
The Master removed his hands from Elizabeth's eyes and trailed it down to her lips, making Elizabeth gulp down forcibly. It made her tense.
"Your lips. . ." The Master stated again. "It's just like hers. Plump, and, the color of a Fuchsia magellanica."
Elizabeth was confused on listening to all what the Master had said. She didn't understand everything he had been spewing.
"Camille," The Master breathed out, his fingers still trailing around Elizabeth's lips. "You are Camille."
"No," Elizabeth said. "I am not Camille."
"Then who are you?"
"Elizabeth Pott, and I am looking for my best friend."
The Master shook his head and moved away from Elizabeth, sitting back on his seat. This made Elizabeth release a breath she didn't know she held.
Her eyes raked the room she was in, and it was vast lush with about six sofa's around, while a chair that looked like the ones Kings usually sit one was suited at the far end of the room. She also took note of something, the room was windowless and the only source of light was the huge chandelier at the center of the room, and there was no source of ventilation, which made Elizabeth wonder how it was possible for the room to be cool without a window, then she noticed the AC at the far corner of the room.
"Come have your seat," The Master told her, and Elizabeth complied as her legs began to move barefooted until she was seated. "Do you have any questions?"
"Yes sir," Elizabeth nodded, she didn't even know why she used 'sir' — honorific for him. "What of Freya? And Gabriel?"
"Freya?" The Master was confused, he didn't know who that was.
"Yes, we came to the party together."
"Uhm, I only saw you unconscious."
Elizabeth shook her head, and faced the Master. "I don't understand, I went to that party with my best friend — Freya, and I was about to leave when I saw Gabriel, after that I can remember anything more. How did I get here?"
"I brought you here," The master replied. "So you can't remember anything?"
"I can't," Elizabeth rubbed her hands together, she was cold and the cloth she was wearing did nothing to warm her. "Also, did that bastard-- did he rape me?"
"Who?"
"Gabriel. Did he?" Once again, tears were starting to fill Elizabeth's eyes.
"Why do you think you were raped?"
Moving her gaze away from the Master to her gown shyly, Elizabeth sniffed as a tear rolled down her cheeks. "I'm not wearing any panties."
"Come, Elizabeth." Elizabeth stood up begrudgingly and harkened to the Master's words, leaving at least five feet between them. "Come closer."
Elizabeth moved a foot forward.
"Come closer again."
Elizabeth moved another foot forward.
"Two feet more."
She nodded and moved two feet. She was in close proximity to the Master, just two inches away.
"Close your eyes," she looked at the Master, uncertainty clouding her emotions, but she complied and closed her eyes.
Elbert placed his hands on Elizabeth temples as he invaded the memories Elizabeth couldn't remember.
And he saw it all. He saw everything that happened, and he confirmed that Elizabeth wasn't raped, but. . .but her pants were taken off and he saw a younger werewolf give the pants to someone else whose face was covered.
"Place the mark on her." That person had told one of the younger werewolves who complied and bit into Elizabeth's shoulder.
Immediately the Master removed his hands from her temple and looked over at Elizabeth's shoulder.
A mark was there.
Hi everyone, please I'd really love your support on this book. Thank you all.
CHAPTER SEVEN. Downtown Svetyland. The werewolves territory. •T–––M–––V–––P–––L• Vampires hated the sun, it wasn't news. All supernatural beings knew that well, on the contrary, Damien loved the sun. It was one thing he loved about the earth. How a big yellow globe was hung in the sky, exuding great heat and warmth to him. Although he couldn't go anywhere without his daylight ring. Damien adjusted the daylight ring on his index finger as he ran his eyes through the place he was. He shut the door to his car, adjusted his suit, and began to move slowly towards the place the Master had told him specifically. The area was quiet, no one was outside and that made Damien glad a little. He wasn't a fan of the werewolves, he hated them for some reasons which were only known to him. As he continued to walk down the road he caught the scent of a werewolf nearby. &nbs
CHAPTER EIGHT. (Southern Svetyland) Master vampire house. . . •T–––M–––V–––P–––L• She wasn't raped; Elizabeth didn't know if she should believe what the stranger at her front had told her. Yet, she found herself contemplating at the thought of Gabriel raping her. She only believed he did because she wasn't wearing any panties, but she couldn't feel any difference in her genitalia. She couldn't feel any sort of penetration, so she knew the possibility of what the stranger was telling her could be true. However as she sat, she wondered how he was sure that she wasn't raped. "I will say this one more time," The master said, snapping Elizabeth out of her thoughts. "You weren't raped, your pants were just taken." Elizabeth coughed awkwardly on listening to what the stranger had said to her. She was flustered that he knew she wasn't wearing any p
CHAPTER NINE.Downtown Svetyland. The werewolves territory. . .•T–––M–––V–––P–––L•Standing at the front of a huge door was Damien as he glanced at his back, sighing in relief when he couldn't see the girl that claimed to have met him before, when he knew she was talking about his brother.Placing a knock on the huge door there was a response from inside the house, and instantaneously, the door fell opened. A bulky man who looked like he was in his late forties stood by the door with a poker face as he stared at Damien. "And what is a zombie doing at my doorstep?" He asked, now adorning a smug smile."I'm here to seek for someone," Damien said, ignoring the mans statement about him being a zombie. "Is there anyone who bears the name Gabriel?""Why do you want to know?" The bulky man asked instantly with a scary frown on his face.Damien rolled his eyes, he was already getting tired of the man's questioning and unappealing visage so he decided to do what the Master had warned him aga
CHAPTER TEN.(Southern Svetyland) Master vampire house. . .•T–––M–––V–––P–––L•Elizabeth gasped as she woke up, holding her head as a terrible migraine shot through her. She sat up straight on the bed she was laying on, looked around the whole room and noticed that the room was the same room she'd seen herself in the time after the party. She then remembered everything the stranger had told her and how he said Vampires were real. At first she thought it was impossible and the stranger was just insane; but then he proved it to her. She facepalmed herself and began to question if everything she knew about life were just lies. And Indeed, she thought, life was full of mysteries that most humans were either ignorant of or unaware of."You're awake," a masculine voice stated, and Elizabeth took her gaze to where the voice came from. She saw a masculine silhouette resting on the wall, and she couldn't exactly see him because that area of the room was a bit dark. "I thought you'd never wak
CHAPTER ELEVEN.(Southern Svetyland) •T–––M–––V–––P–––L•Damien placed his hand on the wheel, trying to banish all thoughts of Freya from his mind. He shouldn’t be attracted to any woman whatsoever. All he should think about should be having them in his beds and arms. But, even as he thought this it was so difficult to get her out of his mind.He steered the car into his home and got out. This was the perfect camouflage to act like he was normal, at least till he got the truth out of Freya. Two vampires were stationed at the door, as he stepped into the threshold. They greeted him, but he didn’t respond. He walked blindly to his room and shut the door behind him. Everything here was dark, but his glowing eyes made it easy to navigate the room. Damien hated the light and anything to do with it. “Damn it!” He cursed fluidly. He walked over to his mini bar and brought out a whiskey bottle, which didn’t contain whisky. It was filled to the brim with blood; human blood. Without bothering
CHAPTER TWELVE.(Southern Svetyland) •T–––M–––V–––P–––L•Elizabeth stared at the master. He was indeed standing right there in the flesh. Yet, she stupidly looked at the chair he had just vacated, believing that he had split in twos. There was nothing there, other than a dangling chair.“Relax,” the master said easily.Elizabeth swallowed. “How do I relax? This is too much for my small head to wrap around. I know you’ve said what you are. But, deep down, I thought you were bluffing. Eh, no, I hoped you were bluffing! But, I guess that’s not true,” she said in horror.Elbert simply looked at her, there was no sign of amusement in his eyes, but strangely Elizabeth felt she saw kindness in the master’s eyes. It was a strange thought because the master was a vampire, and should not be capable of showing such feelings.“Let’s sit. You need to regain some control of your emotions,” he said calmly. She allowed him to lead her to a chair, opposite his. Her eyes touched the whole chair to be
CHAPTER THIRTEEN.(Southern Svetyland) •T–––M–––V–––P–––L•Elbert, the master vampire lay with his head staring at the dark ceiling. He had switched on a blue translucent bulb, as he waited patiently for Damian to come to him.The door creaked open, and the younger vampire stepped into the room. Elbert did not steer. He was like a mannequin at that very moment, and it sent shivers up the younger vampire’s back.“Tell me, Damian,” Elbert said simply.“She is safe,” Damien said in reverence, his head bowed to the ground. They were talking about Elizabeth. Elbert knew that she was safe, he had followed them without them knowing it. But, he wanted to enquire about something else that left him in angst.“Then, why are you here so late? Where were you?” Did he ask coldly?Damian looked up just then, and Elbert could see the sorrow infused in them. What could have happened that brought such anguish to Damian? He waited patiently for the truth to unfold.“I was called over to the outskirts of
CHAPTER FOURTEEN(Southern Svetyland) •T–––M–––V–––P–––L•The moment Elizabeth shut the door behind them, Elbert spun her around to face him. His hands were cold, as cold as ice. She wondered how he wasn’t shivering. But that thought would have to be stalled in the face of the drama that was ongoing now.“We need to do something,” she said abruptly.“I don’t think bringing me up like this to your room is going to solve anything,” Elbert said instead.Elizabeth huffed in response. She didn’t need a class on how to act, especially not in this situation. There were a lot of things that were going off the charts, and she couldn’t understand. But, one thing she knew for a surety was that she was not going to get her mom harmed in any way or form.“And, giving me this lecture isn’t going to solve anything. You have to understand that what we need is to figure out a way to leave this place,” she said in exasperation.Elbert gave her space as he moved to the other side of the room. His finger
