LEYLA'S POV:-
It took me almost an hour to unknot all the ropes. Once Ian was free, I helped him up. We stepped out of the bathroom. I took him towards the bed and made him sit down on the edge of the bed. "What the hell happened here? Who put you in the bathroom? That too tied with ropes like a thousand knots." I asked him in a curious tone while he was trying to catch his breath. He turned his head towards me and glared at me.
"Why are you glaring at me like you are about to eat me alive? What did I do?" I added more questions with a confused look on my face. He sighed and shook his head.
"I received your message today. The guard who was supposed to be on duty tonight before me, he had an emergency and asked me to be in his place. I was on my duty when I received your message. You wanted to visit today. So I got everything
KURT'S POV:-After spending two days looking for Samira, Sam and I finally decided to go to the police to register a missing report. Once we were done with the complaint, Sam took me back to his house. His parents were devastated. And I felt useless. We were not able to search anything about Samira.Sam went towards the bedroom of his sister, Samira. I followed him behind. He always loved Samira like his own daughter. He loved her so much. And he felt helpless when he was unable to find his baby sister. It was disturbing for everyone.I knew I could not just leave him alone. I knew he needed me by his side. I stepped into Samira's bedroom and looked around. My jaw hit the floor and my eyes almost popped out of their sockets as I looked around the room. There was not a single wall where I could not see my posters and pictures in that room. My action figur
KURT'S POV:-"Everything was perfect. Everything was as it had to be. We were a happy family. Until one day, about twenty three years ago, something bad happened to us. Samira was planning outside the house. Her ball fell on the road. She went to pick it up. As she was running back towards home, a van hit her hard. It all started on that day." Sam started telling me a story. A true and dark story from their past. I could feel that it was hard for him to carry on with that story. But he did not stop. Maybe he was just trying to share his pain with me."What happened after that?" I asked him out of curiosity. He stood up and went towards the study table that was set in Samira's bedroom. He grabbed a diary from her table then he walked back towards me. He gave me the diary then sat back down beside me. I was so confused. Why would he give me that diary? I did not understand that. After all, it was the personal diary of his baby si
KURT'S POV:-"What the hell! Where did you get this diary from?" I asked in confusion while turning the pages of the diary, examining it thoroughly. It was indeed the same diary as Leyla showed me at the party. I just could not help the thought that it was the same diary. Because there was no way Samira and Leyla could have the same things written in their personal diary."What are you talking about? This is Samira's diary. Can you not read the name in the diary? It's Samira's and everything inside of that diary belonged to her as well." He replied to me in an angry tone."But how is this possible? My girlfriend has the same diary. Like, everything mentioned inside her diary is the same as the diary that belongs to Samira. Is there any way possible that Samira and my girlfriend somehow know each other?" I asked him in a curious tone while flipping thro
LEYLA'S POV:- I opened my eyes and shifted in my seat. I turned my head and looked around. It was the moment when I remembered that I was not in my comfy bed. I fell asleep in my car. Because I had to keep my eyes on that cemetery to find that wise man. But the whole night, I did not see anything. There was no one around except for the ghosts. I grabbed my phone to check the time. It was almost evening when I woke up again. That was probably because I was up all night to find that wise old man. It was frustrating that I did not see anyone. I looked at the back seat of my car and almost jumped in shock. I was suddenly surprised to see a man sitting on the backseat of my car. "Bloody hell. What the fuck is wrong with your people. Who are you? Why are you in my car? Since when you have been watching me sleep, you creep? I asked that man angrily while staring at him. By the look on
LEYLA'S POV:-The bright light of the sun was covered by the black shadow. It was night in the daytime. Because of the chaos those were people creating, nobody noticed Ian and I entering the house. As I was told, I decided to let my heart decide where I should be. My heart took me towards Alina's bedroom. We entered the bedroom and I locked the door. There was a window in that room. It was showing the beautiful eclipsed sun. As the rays of light started touching the walls, I started to feel something inside. I looked at the walls and suddenly the words written on the wall started to glow.It was unusual and definitely not something I was expecting. I was staring at the walls with my mouth agape. It was amazing. I quickly pulled my phone out of my pocket and started recording everything I was seeing with my own eyes. It was as if I could see a mi
KURT'S POV:-I grabbed Mr Summers' hand and he looked up at me. "You don't have to be worried about her. I think I have an idea where she might be. I will go and get her." I told him in a low tone. I was angry at Leyla for even thinking of leaving after I left her home. She actually left even though I asked her to stay home. Ever since Samira's disappearance, I had been very worried about Leyla. I knew she was a wild woman and I just could not ask her to sit home. But still, I had a feeling as if something bad would happen to her. And to be honest, that feeling was suddenly on its higher scale.Hearing my words, Mr Summers forced a small smile on his face and nodded his head. I signalled Sam then we both stood up and walked towards the door of the Summers' mansion. "I need to go and find Leyla. I will drop you home so you can proceed with Samira's disappearance. I can't believe I am say
LEYLA'S POV:-Kurt was driving faster than usual. We had three cars following us behind. He was trying to ditch them but they did not budge. "What the hell is that? They are still following us. Why are they after us? Who the hell are they?" Kurt asked me in a panicked tone and I slapped my palm on my forehead."They are the people who did not want the secret to be out in the world. That is why they are following us. We can not let them reach us. Drive faster, Kurt." I replied to him in a panicked tone while looking behind at the SUVs that were following us.Ian and I were sitting in the back seat while Kurt was driving the car. And there was an unknown woman who looked almost my age, sitting in the front seat, beside Kurt. Kurt was trying to stay sane but I knew he was panicked. Ian was pulling his hair and crying like a child. I was also panicking but neither
KURT'S POV:-I pulled away after a minute then cupped her face with both of my hands. I was staring into her eyes while caressing her soft cheeks with the pads of my thumbs. "The moment I heard that you did not come back home, I knew where I could find you. You have no idea how worried I really was when I heard about you. Why did you leave when I asked you to stay home, Leyla?" I asked her in a low tone. I tried to keep my tone as gentle as it could be. Yes, I was angry at her. But that never meant that I would start yelling at her like a douchebag.Hearing my words, a cute but guilty pout appeared on her face. Something so cute that I could not help the chuckle that broke free from my lips. She set both of her palms on my chest. "I had to leave. I had to find out what was going on. I am given these powers for a reason. And I just came to know that there are more things I
